Dr Oz Reports Irvingia Gabonensis for Weight Loss

Hi there,

Welcome to this post giving you the low down on what I saw the other day on a replay of Dr Oz’s show.  He was talking about why we get fat.

Why Do We Get Fat?

Dr Oz recommends the following tips:
  • High Fiber Breakfast
  • Snacks smaller than fist
  • Wash food down with water
  • No food within 3 hours of bedtime
  • Move 30 minutes/day
Apparently lot of the components he was talking about can be supplemented by using the African fruit extract, Irvingia Gabonensis for Weight Loss, commonly known as African Mango Extract.  There has been scientific studies carried out by actual doctors in 2005 by University of Yaoundé 1, Cameroon.  It is said to not only help to reduce weight, but also to heighten your metabolic rate, which means you burn calories whilst taking the fruit extract.  It is also a great source of fiber.

You might have seen this African fruit talked about on his show.  Or you might have seen Oprah show casing it on her show.  Well wherever you have heard about it, apparently, this fruit extract can be used to assist you with your weight loss goals.

It’s been responsible for medicine in Africa for centuries, most likely the reason why they don’t have such an obesity problem. That and the fact that the western World seems to have a food addiction.  We are constantly seeking new ways to help us stay healthy throughout our busy and hectic lifestyles.  Many people who don't have time for exercise, can't be bothered or those that physically cannot exercise, are turning to diet supplements.

Here's what was said by one doctor on Dr Oz's website.
